Kents Mainstream and Kinship Fostering Service is committed to strengthening our support offer to foster carers across the county, improving retention and developing carers skills and knowledge to ensure children experience stability, safety and positive outcomes.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fostering Reviewing Officer (Senior Practitioner) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to play a key role in ensuring our foster carers continue to provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care for children and young people. In addition to leading the foster carer review process, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the wider fostering service through undertaking Kinship Viability Assessments, Standards of Care reports and Disruption Meetings.
