Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to embed directly with our portfolio companies, ship agentic software into live operations, and own the outcomes end-to-end. This is a Palantir-style FDE role at a software holding company — you're not writing decks, you're building running systems that compound across an entire portfolio.

What will you be doing?

• Embed with portfolio companies (portcos) to understand their operating model, earn operator trust, and identify the 2–3 highest-leverage workflow opportunities for agentic software.
• Ship the wedge — build integrations, prompts, evals, and UI surfaces to land the first agentic loop at each portco using our core platform.
• Operate and tune deployed systems post-launch, adjusting autonomy tiers and handing off cleanly to portfolio ops once stable.
