Requirements
- Background in Solution Architecture, Solution Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, coding is a plus, not a requirement
- Fluent in AI concepts and tooling (LLMs, automation, workflows) with a clear view of where the hype ends
- Direct experience engaging with C‑suite and senior enterprise stakeholders across complex, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without formal authority
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you move fast, think at scale, and build what doesn't yet exist
