About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with our customers to bring their data into our platform and configure AI agents on top of it. Customer data lives everywhere - databases, SaaS tools like Salesforce and Jira, spreadsheets, emails - and you'll be the person who connects the dots, gets it flowing, and makes the product deliver value from day one.
This is a customer-facing engineering role. One day you'll be whiteboarding an integration with a CTO; the next, you'll be walking a non-technical operations team through what the platform can do for them. Your ability to flex between these audiences is the most critical part of the job.
