Forward-Deployed AI Engineer – LLM Platform Owner

Scicom MSC Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to own the IVA platform from vendor transition through internal enablement and deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and commercial readiness.

You will lead Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, guardrails, and secure, low-latency integrations with CRM, order management, and knowledge systems, coordinating with Analytics, QA, Security, Legal, and Operations.
