Overview

Concentrix offers a fully sponsored Technical Call Center Program to high school graduates who want to take his first steps in the workforce while acquiring bilingual skills.

Program Details

Duration: 15 months (9 months of training + 6 months of practice). Format: in‑person, full‑time availability.

Training phase: receive 75% of the current monthly minimum wage, with affiliation to EPS and ARL.

Practicum phase: receive 100% of the monthly minimum wage plus EPS, ARL, social benefits, transport allowance, and compensation fund.

Requirements

• Mínimo 18 años.
• Bachiller académico.
• Nivel de inglés A1 o superior.
• No haber tenido contrato de aprendizaje ni estar estudiando o trabajando actualmente.
• Disponibilidad completa de tiempo.
