**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on accurate order picking, timely replenishment, and safe material handling in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts, use RF scan guns to fulfill and stage customer orders, and support shipping activities while maintaining high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to support order picking, replenishment, and shipping activities.
+ Maintain at least 99% picking accuracy when fulfilling customer orders using RF scanners.
+ Complete order picks within assigned timeframes while following location, product code, lot number, and quantity requirements.
+ Sustain consistent productivity levels within the assigned zone and meet daily performance goals.
