**Job Description**
The role of a Forklift Operator involves safely operating sit-down forklifts to transport coils and metal sheets, as well as loading and unloading trucks and managing inventory.
**Responsibilities**
+ Safely operate sit-down electric or gas forklifts to transport heavy coils and materials.
+ Load and unload flatbed and box trucks, ensuring materials match shipping orders.
+ Stage materials, process orders, and maintain an accurate account of all stock.
+ Keep dock areas and the production floor clean, safe, and organized.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency in alternating between dock and production floor.
+ Bilingual capabilities are required.
