**Job Title: Forklift Operator – Order Picker**
**Job Description**
This role involves operating various forklifts and power pallet jacks to accurately pick, build, and ship customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment. You will safely handle pallets of varying weights, ensure proper stacking to protect delicate produce, and support efficient shipping and receiving operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use reach trucks and power pallet jacks to pick customer orders according to paper pick lists.
+ Retrieve items from designated locations using reach trucks or walkies and build pallets accurately based on order requirements.
+ Stack products on pallets with heavier items on the bottom and lighter, more delicate items on top to prevent damage.
+ Audit completed pallets to verify accuracy, product type, and quantities against the pick list before wrapping.
+ Wrap pallets securely to prepare them for safe transport and shipping.
