**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on safely and efficiently operating forklifts and related equipment in a food production facility to support the movement, storage, and shipment of finished and bulk products. The Forklift Operator handles loading and unloading trucks and railcars, places materials according to the facility’s inventory system, and supports consistent, high-quality production while following Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate an electrically powered lift truck safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks and railcars carrying finished product, bulk product, fiber, and other materials needed for facility operations.
+ Put finished product away in the distribution building from the production lines, ensuring accurate placement according to the facility inventory system.
