Location: NorfolkPay: 19.70We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will be a critical link in our supply chain, responsible for safely moving, staging, and preparing product for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong spatial awareness, and prioritizes a safety first mindset at all times.Key Responsibilities

Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks) to move, stack, and stage inventory.

Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers, flatbeds, and containers.

Order Accuracy: Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick, track, and scan inventory, verifying item counts against bills of lading (BOL) and shipping manifests.

Put-Away & Racking: Store incoming inventory in designated high-bay racking slots...
