About the Role
We’re looking for Forestry Officers to join our team in Rotorua. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working outdoors, and being part of a team that plays an important role in keeping forestry operations safe and compliant.
Duties
- Conduct patrols throughout forestry areas and logging routes
- Monitor logging truck speeds and load compliance
- Respond to incidents, trespassing, and safety concerns
- Support the safety and security of forestry operations
- Maintain accurate reports and communication records
- Operate CCTV, radios, and other communication systems
- Deliver professional and respectful customer service
- Work closely with your patrol partner and the wider team
