What the role is
As a member of our Biology Division team, you will play a critical role in analysis and reporting of casework and research & development (R&D) in the area of forensic biology.
What you will be working on- Conduct and supervise DNA analysis of crime samples
- Interpretation and statistical analysis of forensic DNA results
- Preparation and review of reports, and provision of expert Court testimony
- Participate in QA/QC activities
- Plan and perform R&D studies
- Analysis of R&D results and publication of findings
- Assist the Laboratory Director in general laboratory administrative matters and technical staff training
- Background in Life Sciences, with coursework modules in Mendelian Genetics, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology, from a recognized university
