Foreman (wet trades) - western cape

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. Enforce health and safety regulations. Report progress to project management. Minimum Requirements 5-8 years proven experience as a Wet Trade Foreman. NQF2 advantageous. Red Seal Certificate advantageous. MBA advantageous. Must reside in the Western Cape. Experience Solid experience in residential construction. Experience in wet trades and finishing.
