Foreman

Requirements
Minimum 10 years' Construction Foreman experience .
Proven experience in concrete, formwork, brickwork, and wet works .
Able to read and interpret construction plans.
Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Available to start immediately.
Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (advantageous).

Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site construction activities.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Oversee concrete, formwork, brickwork, and wet works.
Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and project deadlines are met.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources.
Report progress and resolve on-site issues.
