**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description**
This role oversees the wiring, assembly, and installation of electrical panels and motors based on technical prints and schematics for customer facilities across central Kentucky. You lead hands-on field work, ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints, and support basic PLC-related tasks to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical installations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Wire and build electrical panels and motors from technical prints, blueprints, and schematics.
+ Install electrical panels and motors at customer facilities throughout central Kentucky.
+ Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and related documentation to complete projects accurately.
+ Pull wire and route cabling in accordance with electrical codes and project specifications.
+ Perform conduit bending and installation to support panel and motor wiring.
