**Job Title: Foreman – Commercial Concrete Finishing and Carpentry**

**Job Description**

This foreman role oversees commercial flatwork projects for small to mid-sized buildings in the Kansas City metro area. You lead finishers and carpenters, ensure high-quality concrete finishing and carpentry work, and drive project profitability by completing tasks efficiently and diligently while maintaining strong customer service and integrity.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review and understand project details, including budgeted man hours allocated to specific tasks.
+ Plan daily work activities to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
+ Install, repair, and erect fixtures and structures made of wood for commercial projects.
+ Smooth, level, and professionally finish freshly poured concrete for flatwork applications.
+ Perform commercial concrete finishing and carpentry on small to mid-sized buildings such as strip malls, schools, restaurants, ...
