Job Description

Educational Attainment Requirement :

• High School Diploma or Technical-Vocational Certificate (TESDA NC II or equivalent), Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (optional but an advantage)

Professional Background :

• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Competency Requirements:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of construction drawings, tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve site issues quickly
• Acts with integrity and bias towards action
