Foreman (finishing) - western cape

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. Enforce health and safety regulations. Report progress to project management. Minimum Requirements 5+ years proven experience as a Finishing Foreman. NQF2 advantageous Red Seal Certificate advantageous. MBA advantageous. Must reside in the Western Cape. Experience Solid experience in residential construction. Experience in wet trades and finishing. Strong leadership and site supervision skills. Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
