Foreman - Downhole Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Foreman is expected to complete required supervisory training, orient, train and develop subordinates through coaching, guidance, supervision and completion of annual performance reviews. The Foreman oversees the staffing and scheduling of the facility to ensure the safe and timely production of product to meet customer needs, and corporate targets. Must be available to work an evening shift starting at 2pm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and respond to daily planning schedule orders and requests
• Ensure labour is utilized in the most safe, effective, and efficient manner
• Assign and execute duties through effective communication
• Produce daily briefs, reports and presentation as required
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of industrial safety, and inspection/recording of plant parameters is highly desirable
