Foreign Contract Execution Staff will be supporting all foreign contract execution role for all imported commodities required for animal nutrition and pet solutions in Bulacan.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure that all foreign contract execution align with the purchase strategy of national commodity teamProvide the copy of documents to internal stakeholders nationwideIssue the purchase order of all imported materials in the system nationwideReview outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory for proper execution from origin to destinationEnsure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position managementReconcile the outturn guarantee with service providers and internal stakeholders and ensure within the tolerance for shipmentsCoordinate with the Foreign Contract Execution Officer for claims relating to quality issues and quantity variances from...
