Job Summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a FL barred attorney with foreclosure experience for a temp to perm role with our client. The successful candidate will need to have experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions in Florida.


* Location: Boca Raton, FL or Miami, FL
* This role is Hybrid.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the FL bar.
  • The candidate will need to physically appear for hearings, court conferences, etc. in Florida foreclosure actions.
  • 2+ years of experience in foreclosure. Bankruptcy experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
