Ellevate Football Academy is looking for a passionate and committed Football Coach to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality coaching sessions within our academy programme. This role focuses on developing players' technical, tactical, physical, and psychological abilities while creating a safe, positive, and inspiring environment for players across multiple age groups.

Key Objectives

• Design and deliver age-appropriate training sessions following the academy curriculum.
• Foster an environment that encourages enjoyment, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Monitor and track player progress using structured assessment tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to players and parents and guardians.
