Foods Department Manager - Tembisa

This role is responsible for managing the Foods Department to maximise sales performance, achieve departmental budgets and targets, maintain operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will lead, develop and motivate a Foods team while ensuring effective stock management, promotional execution and adherence to store standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within a Foods/Retail environment, a commercial mindset and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced store environment.
