Looking for an energetic and organized Food Services Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations, supervise the service team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

• Manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Lead and organize guest seating flows
• Optimize table turnover rates during peak hours
• Monitor guest feedback on Google and resolve concerns promptly
• Investigate billing discrepancies or voids in the system
• Train staff on upselling techniques for premium menu items
• Arrange seasonal table decorations for festive promotional periods
• Enforce local food safety and hygiene regulations & maintain strict workplace safety protocols daily
