Insight Global is looking to hire multiple Food Safety & Quality Supervisors to join a large food manufacturing client at their large-scale facility in Austin, MN. This would be a permanent role, with strong growth opportunities across the company and available at a 1st shift schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-6 quality auditors to manage product quality and achieve quality standards. You will be involved in supporting the management in the implementation of food safety and food quality processes and procedures. This role is very hands on, being in the production area for roughly 60% of the shift plus additional remaining office tasks.
