COYA Marbella is looking for an exceptional
General Manager
to lead our Restaurant, Pool and Club operation.
We are looking for an inspirational leader who thrives in high-volume luxury hospitality, understands exceptional guest experiences, develops outstanding teams, and has the commercial mindset to deliver outstanding business performance.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of COYA Marbella across multiple revenue streams.
You will lead a large management team, inspire over 100 hospitality professionals, drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business.
