Food & Beverage Service Manager 餐饮服务经理

1.确保所有餐饮设备运行状况良好、定时清洁；
2. 确保对包括宴会、会议场所在内的所有的餐饮设施进行清洁与除尘，并根据预期业务量储备适量库存；
3.制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标。礼貌、迅速、高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保达到较高的客户满意度；
4.为酒店管理本地餐饮市场营销计划， 跟踪本地竞争酒店动向及行业趋势；
5.执行恰当的餐饮库存流程，决定所有食品、酒水、物资和设备的库存量；
6.确保食品、饮料、库存及设备的安全储存，及时、高效地补充供货，同时降低浪费的情况；
7.完成上级其它分配的任务。

1.至少2年酒店业客户服务或销售经验；
2.良好的跟进和计划能力；
3.出色的组织、管理和沟通能力。
