Vacancy Description

Food & Beverage Sales Manager shall ensure the set up and the development of F&B sector in the assigned area in order to meet BA's and DNV F&B sector’s requirements. Belonging to Business Assurance Area Italy & Croatia organization, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing the F&B business plan for the assigned area.

The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Ensure that the DNV F&B sector strategy and policies are implemented at local level and managed, limited to the pertinent area;
  • Define and put in place, according to goals & target, plans and actions in order to meet target regarding sales, revenue, operating margin, retention, quality of service in the F&B sector;
  • Develop local market and promote and improve relationships with Customers of assigned territory;
  • Support F&B Sales Manager Italy in analyzing F&B market trend information, related to selected territory, to recommend changes to practices and...
