Responsibilities Comprehensive management of food and beverage operations, including stock control and purchasing activities. Oversee food and liquor inventory. Handle all stock‑related administrative duties. Qualifications Minimum of six years of experience in food and beverage management. Strong communication skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and analytical proficiency. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry. Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments. Expertise in food and liquor cost management, with relevant experience in a restaurant, bar, or F&B establishment. Other Details
