Position: Food and Beverage Manager Salary of £35,000 40,000 depending on experience. Food & Beverage Manager / Banqueting Manager - Key Responsibilities Oversight and support to all departments, conference, bars, banqueting, leisure provision Management and development of team members Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all bars and catering operations. Ensure a consistent first-class service to guests Ensure that company high standards are adhered to. Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.
