Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Hospitality qualification advantageous Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort. Previous experience supervising a busy outdoor or poolside restaurant advantageous Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Experience with Micros Simphony and POS systems preferred Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Guest-focused with a professional and well-groomed appearance Willing to work weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts Valid South African ID or valid work permit Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the busy Pool Deck food and beverage outlet Lead, motivate and support the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ensure efficient and professional food and beverage service throughout trading hours Monitor service standards, cleanliness and presentation acros...
