• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations (front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house), ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and service.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage F & B staff — including service crew, kitchen team, baristas — coordinating schedules, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching.
