Work Base
Resort-based position. Candidate should be willing to stay at or near the resort and work during weekends, holidays and peak occupancy periods.
Role Summary
The F&B Captain will be responsible for managing dining service, supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring a warm, efficient and guest-friendly food and beverage experience at Madhuban Eco Retreat. The role is important because Madhuban's guest experience depends not only on food quality but also on service style, timing, presentation, hygiene and personal attention.
