About The Role
As we prepare to open the doors to Le Parc by tashas in Mouille Point, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring FOH Manager to join our opening leadership team. At Le Parc, exceptional hospitality is built on genuine connections, attention to detail and seamless service. As our FOH Manager, you will lead the Front of House team, ensuring every guest enjoys an experience that is warm, refined and memorable. Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, you will create an environment where operational excellence, strong leadership and outstanding hospitality come together every day.

You will lead the Front of House team with confidence and care, creating a culture where people thrive, service is exceptional and every guest leaves wanting to return. By coaching your team, maintaining operational excellence and leading by example, you will play a key role in the success of Le Parc by tashas.
