FMCG Category Growth & Innovation Lead

HRTX is seeking a Category Development Manager in Taguig, Metro Manila. This role is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and competitiveness of assigned product categories through strategic leadership and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will lead category initiatives from strategy development through execution, ensuring strong commercial performance across various trade channels.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5–8 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with proven capabilities in category management, innovation, and trade marketing.
