We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting and is ready to play a key role in managing refurbishment and maintenance projects
across a secure andplex estate for the MOD.

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will be responsible for ensuring the effective,pliant, and timely delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works, as well as small-scale additional projects. You will play a key role in maintaining buildings that are safe, operational, and fullypliant, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure high standards are consistently met.
