Our busy Wellingborough based clients are currently seeking an experienced FLT Production Operative for their modern and innovative facility with immediate effect, on a temp to perm basis.
As industry leaders in the bespoke recycling sector, our clients are committed to a sustainable process at every stage and are eager to work with individuals to develop their knowledge and skillset through training and leadership at phases of their production.
Main Purpose:
* To ensure the production operations maximise output and minimise downtime.
* Optimise production performance from the start of the process through to the final phase.
* Support relevant Managers and the wider team through hard work, a good attitude and regular communication.

* Safely loading and unloading new and finished product from production areas using an FLT.
* Working with the wider team to support the sorting of various material.
