ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below in addition to other duties as assigned:
Keeps floral department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand. Smiles and greets customers. Discusses customers’ needs, makes suggestions, handles special requests and resolves customer concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.Sets up displays and ensures that floral product is always fresh and in saleable condition with correct pricing and signage. Handles spoiled or damaged product according to company procedures and standards. Creates arrangements on the sales floor to attract customers.Follows company guidelines for merchandising product such as advertised items and utilizes incremental displays to drive sales.Responsible for general sanitation in the department.
