**Flora Fields Coordinator, Kohler**

**Opportunity**
The Seasonal Flora Fields Supervisor oversees the daily operations, staffing, and guest experience of Flora Fields from August 2026 through early November 2026. This role is responsible for seasonal setup and teardown, staff hiring and training, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site operations. The supervisor will support guest engagement, coordinate activities and entertainment, and ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment while working closely with resort teams and partners to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

+ Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
+ Develop an activity timeline and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
