Responsibilities
- Experience more than 1 (one) year in local construction field.
- Expert in site Documentation & site work preparation.
- Communicate with clients, staff, workers regular basis.
- Prepare everyday job schedule and ensure to management.
- Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Monitor budgets and adjust when necessary to meet spending goals.
- Negotiating with the sub- contractors and making sure they are performing their work in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
- Maintaining relationship with vendors to ensure they are meeting project deadlines and providing high-quality materials.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
- Ready to visit assigned site with worker/management full time.
