• Prepare the daily room assignments and sections for Room Attendants.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping trainees according to checklists and operational requirements.
• Supervise and monitor the work performance of Housekeeping Porters within the assigned section.
• Report and document damage to furniture, fixtures, and property through the maintenance request system.
• Organize and oversee cleaning operations in accordance with LQA standards and ISO procedures.
