The Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance of the assigned store. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational control in a high-footfall value retail environment.
Job Description
- Qualification: B.COM, BBA, and MBA Fresher
- CTC: Up to ₹2.15 Lakh per annum*
- Additional Benefits: Incentives / Food & Accommodation facilities for outstation candidates.
- Shift Hours: Minimum 10 Hours*
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive key retail KPIs
- Plan and execute local sales promotion activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines as per HO directives.
