As a Floor Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest floors. You’ll support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, supervising Floor Supervisors and Room Attendants to ensure guestrooms, corridors, and public areas meet Hilton’s quality standards. You’ll conduct room inspections, monitor productivity and service quality, coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests promptly, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
