Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Chili's Grill & Bar on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Assists the on-duty restaurant manager and the general manager in overseeing the operation of the front of the house (FOH) functions of Chili's Grill and Bar, with emphasis on ensuring smooth operation of greeting, seating, serving, and receiving payments from customers and ensuring quality and timeliness of service is within standards. Investigates and resolves food and beverage quality and service complaints. Keep management abreast of issuer requiring supervisor attention. Reports progress, delays, or any other pertinent customer service issues to the shift manager. Completes all end-of-shift documentation and submits to the shift manager.
