Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer

An opportunity for a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The mission of Flight Tests Instrumentation Architecture & Equipment is to provide Flight Test Means to gather data from the test object (on A/C) for further evaluation. Our range of capabilities covers special systems, quick response, diverse technologies (sensors, data acquisition, telemetry), and manufacturing capability. The selected candidate will join a multicultural team responsible for the full life cycle of a Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installation for development aircraft, from conception to deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and define Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installations onboard Flight Test Aircrafts for the Eurofighter program, compiling and analyzing requirements for HW, SW, and digital systems.
