Flight Crew Manager

Beond is seeking internal applications for a Flight Crew Manager. This position can be based in either Malé (MLE) or Dubai (DWC).

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing operational delivery
• Day‑to‑day management of the flight crew
• Lead and develop flight crew to ensure required flight safety and regulatory compliance levels are achieved
• Achieve optimum operational delivery of an effective, efficient and flexible flight crew workforce
• Define and implement strategy, process and policy to ensure consistent and cost‑effective management of flight crew selection and recruitment, roster patterns, career progress and base transfer scheme
• Assist in the development, review and update of the company Operations Manuals (OM)
