Flight Concierge & Customer Experience Specialist

Delta Air Lines in Singapore seeks Customer Experience Specialists to join a high-energy call center team. You will handle calls, reservations, and travel administration, calculating costs, issuing tickets, and booking alternate flights while complying with Delta and DOT requirements.

You will work 5 days a week, engage with diverse customers, promote services, and contribute to loyalty programs. Training is provided, with shift bidding and performance incentives after probation.
