Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) invites applications for the Lead HR Business Partner position. This full‑time role is located in Toronto, Canada and will support HR operations across Flight Centre Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Operational HR Delivery

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations across Canada, monitoring and responding to employee and leader inquiries and proactively resolving people issues.
• Support rollout and adoption of the Workday HRIS, including manager/employee training, process updates, and maintaining accurate system data.
• Assist with HR initiatives including policy updates, leadership development, and related tasks or projects as needed.

Employee Relations and Support

• Provide expert guidance to leaders and employees on performance management, policy, documentation, and compliance in line with company policy and legislative requirements.
