Fleet/Workshop Administrator

About the role

We’re looking for a Fleet / Workshop Administrator to join our Gisborne team. This is a key role that keeps our fleet moving and our workshop running smoothly. You’ll coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance, acting as the link between fleet users and the workshop team. From booking jobs and tracking approvals through to keeping records accurate and up to date, you’ll help make sure our vehicles are safe, compliant and ready to go. It’s a role for someone who likes variety, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in getting the detail right.

Key role responsibilities
